Each product sold on the eirewood.com website has an estimated shipping lead time based on Business days which are Monday - Friday exclude weekends & Irish bank holidays and Pending Customs. Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control: if your order is not available we will contact you to give an estimated delivery date. Please note that items which are sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on the order. If you wish to make orders to separate addresses, an individual order will need to be made for each address.

Delivery Address
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address. If there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the special instructions box. We aim to despatch orders within 3-4 working days after receiving the order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been despatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will e-mail you immediately. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.
